Welcome to the premier recruitment company Aron Helps. Here are the steps to getting a fantastic service from us.

 

Selection

  1. Browse through the view helps page to find any member you may be interested in. Click on the button found at the bottom right side of profile’s page of choice.
  2. Select at least up to 3 profiles to have more options during the selection stage.
  3. Our support staff member will advice on creating or logging into your employer’s subscription account to view full details of candidates.
  4. Log in or create a paid subscription account if your don’t have any. If unsatisfied you can click on the ‘Request Help’ button on the website to make a special request of the kind of help you require.
  5. We would check the requested Helps you have selected and notify you if we notice any compatibility issue. We will then contact the Helps to confirm availability and resumption time.

Interview

  1. You make a final selection of one candidate for a 3-way interview, this will be conducted with our support staff not speaking but only observing.
  2. If satisfied with the interview, we conduct the identity verification and guarantors’ verification and send you a report. We can conduct a medical health check for the maid at an added fee.
  3. You provide us with the resumption date and we notify the help of a successful employment date. We also encourage you to make your own medical check or further investigation if you feel the need to.

Agreement

  1. We send each party our ’employment code of conduct agreement’ for respective authorisations.
  2. We would verify your address prior to resumption of the help.

 

Orientation & Resumption of Hired Help

  1. Your help is sent for a 1 hour orientation and physical stamina test at our pickup office in Fadeyi, Lagos on the day of resumption, you may skip this step. Your help is sent on their way to you once done with their orientation.

 

Salaries

  1. You will be required to make a payment covering 3 months pay of their salary prior to their resumption.

We would check-in at intervals to collect feedbacks or withdrawal requests from both parties until after 3 months.

 

Important note:

Fees paid Aron Helps cover the following for Employers:

  • Staff ID verification – NIN or Driver’s License database
  • Employee home address verification (Can take up to 4 days)
  • Guarantors verification
  • Verification Report
  • Finder’s fee
  • Orientation and physical stamina test
  • 3 replacements per year

Medical tests attract extra fees, kindly speak with any of our representatives to opt for this added service.

You’re guaranteed a 48 hours money-back fulfillment if you want to dump the search or the recruitment process for your help. Simply quote your email account associated with your Aron Helps employer’s account and we would request for your bank account details once we verify ownership of the employer’s account. You would be charged a 7% processing fee for your refund.

Application

  1. Upload or edit your application for a domestic staff job by visiting aronhelps.com/apply
  2. Add all required details alongside your recent photo. Ensure your image is modest and represents you alone.
  3. Submit your form and await our support staff to approve your profile and contact you.

 

Getting a job & Interviews

  1. When an employer selects you, we will contact you to confirm your availability and resumption date.
  2. We will invite you for a 3-way interview with the employer where our staff member does not participate but only observes.

 

Verification

  1. If employer choose to proceed with you after the interview, you will be notified on the final resumption date. Your identity details will be verified along with your guarantors each time you resume a new job with Aron Helps.

 

Agreement

  1. You will be sent the employment code of conduct agreement for your perusal and signature.

 

Orientation & Resumption

  1. If you’re a first time employee, you will be required to visit our pickup office for your orientation and physical Stamina test which will take 1 hour to complete. After, you’re sent to your new employer’s home.

 

Probation period and Salaries

  1. You will be placed on a 3 months probation period while at the new employer’s location.
  2. Your salary is guaranteed as it has been collected on your behalf and will be released to you on each completed month of no reported issue.

We will check-in at intervals during your first 3 months to collect feedbacks and withdrawal request if applicable.

 

Important Note:
You will be charged for your application, verifications and job finding only after a job has been found and finalised for you. These fees are combined and collected once per each job you resume.

This summed fee covers the following for employees:

  • Staff ID verification NIN or Driver’s License
  • Employer’s home verification
  • Finder’s fee
  • Orientation and training for newbies
