Age is just a number; Younger mannies (20s to early 30s) may offer more energy and new perspectives, while older nannies (30s and beyond) can bring a wealth of experience and maturity. Ultimately, the right age is less important than a combination of relevant experience, practical skills, and a strong personality fit with the family.
Our male nannies must possess abilities such as; Time; Emotional intelligence; Gentleness; Wisdom; Kindness; Detail-oriented; Cook basic meals; Clean & Tidy; Professional; Trustworthy; Physical fitness; Healthy; Smell good; Look good; Additional certification in Guidance and Counselling is a plus when the staff has to deal with teenagers, Drug/Alcohol abuse-free, etc. These are what employers should look out for during the interview phase.
We’re interest in candidates between 25 – 45 years of age who are either undergraduates or graduates but possess evident intelligence. Salaries are from 90K and above per hire.
